Deposits |

- 20% non-refundable deposit required upon booking.
- Balance paid 30 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit
of US$500 (cash or traveler's checks) required upon check
in.
- Damage deposit returned within 10 business days of check
out.

Deposits are non-refundable;
however, if the reservation is canceled 60 days prior to arrival,
deposit can be applied to future reservation within a year of
